Soledad Mountain Facility

Our Soledad Mountain Facility

A Sacred Healing Space for Native American Military Families

High above Pacific Beach, nestled in the hills of San Diego, Soledad Mountain is more than a treatment center. It is a sanctuary created specifically for Native American Veterans, Active-Duty Service Members, and their eligible Dependents.

Here, culture is not a supplement. It is the foundation. Every group, ceremony, and clinical session is designed with the lived realities of Native veterans and their families in mind. Whether someone is navigating trauma, substance use, spiritual fatigue, or moral injury, Soledad offers healing that honors both tribal identity and military service.
