Family Therapy
Our Family Therapy Program helps the families and loved ones of our veterans who are experiencing psychological, emotional and relational problems.
The purpose of the Family Program is to improve communication and coping skills for all involved. The clinicians and relationship experts at our mental health treatment center work with families and loved ones by providing proven tools, education and strategies to improve existing family dynamics and to optimize communication. These skills are also highly beneficial in proactively resolving issues, rather than reacting to problematic behaviors after they have surfaced.
- Our family program can be highly successful in improving family dynamics by improving communication skills, educating family members to triggers, and challenges and developing prevention strategies.
- We instruct families and loved ones how to minimize household stress levels, identify early warning signs of issues and to break patterns of codependency
