Recovery Group

Addictions in any form are powerful things and can be very difficult to overcome alone. Solara Mental Health understands this, and offers a specialized, comprehensive treatment program for individuals seeking recovery from addictions of any kind. A crucial component of this program is our recovery group. This is a small, welcoming, safe space where veterans recovering from various addictions can meet together, discussing and exploring their struggles in an understanding, stigma-free environment. The recovery group is led by an expert facilitator, who can guide discussion and ensure that all veterans feel listened to and supported, and sessions will be based on the twelve-step program to maximize growth and healing.
