Glenda is a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She has 25 years’ experience in the wellness field and has taught yoga extensively to clients coping with PTSD, depression, anxiety and addiction. She holds several specialty certifications including Yoga for Depression and Yoga of Recovery. Initially working as a physical trainer and fitness director, Glenda’s path shifted when she discovered yoga.
