Executive Chef

Michael is a classically trained Chef with a food science degree from the California Culinary Academy. He has over 20 years experience cooking in some of San Diego’s finest restaurants, including the world-famous Hotel Del Coronado, and the renowned Lowes Coronado Bay Resort. Michael is also the owner and operator of several catering companies. Additionally, Michael has the highly rare distinction of being a master Chef, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (Humboldt State University).
